That’s right! I’ll take you and a group of your closest friends on a fun-filled afternoon adventure. All you have to is be one of the top donors to the Historic Preservation Trust of Lancaster County on November 20 as part of the Extraordinary Give.
If you place the winning donation, pick from any one of Uncharted Lancaster’s published adventures, and I’ll join your group on the expedition. I’ll share the area’s history, highlight some cool places not on the normal adventure, and bring some sweet Uncharted Lancaster swag for the whole group.

Of course, a private Uncharted Lancaster adventure is just one of the many incentives available to people who donate to the Trust during the Extra Give.
Top donors (those who donate between $300-$1000+) will be able to choose between four exciting experiences based on their level of giving and timing. Those experiences include:
- Use of the beautiful garden space behind the Sehner-Ellicott-von Hess House for a private event in the spring.
- Private architectural tour of downtown Lancaster for 4-6 people with local historian, architect, and author, Gregory J. Scott, FAIA, Partner Emeritus, RLPS Architects, Lancaster.
- Private, guided Uncharted Lancaster adventure with Adam Zurn. You and a group of your closest friends can explore the hidden treasures of Lancaster County via a private scavenger hunt adventure of your choosing.
- Private 90-minute drawing class for 1-4 people with former Trust board member and RLPS architect Matt Barley. Matt will walk you through downtown Lancaster and guide you in seeing the historic architecture and then assist you in translating your vision into sketches.
Donations as low as $10 not only help the Trust and its mission to encourage and facilitate preservation throughout Lancaster County but earn you some free merch. In addition to the items listed, I’ll send you a 4″x4″ Uncharted Lancaster bumper sticker to anyone who donates $10 or more. If you donate $50 or more, you’ll find an awesome 1.25″ Uncharted Lancaster soft enamel pin in your mailbox.
