Answer to the March Mystery Tool Revealed!

Jennifer Royer, museum curator at Landis Valley Village and Farm Museum, says that this is combination pliers taken from a toolbox on a Conestoga wagon, consisting of a nail-puller handle and a parrot-head jaw with a wire cutting slot, 15โ€ long.

An old pair of metal pliers displayed on a light gray surface, next to a color-coded ruler for measurement. Above the pliers, there's a white tag with the identifier 'F61.3J'. In the top right corner, there's a green logo for Landis Valley Village & Farm Museum.
