Answer to the March Mystery Tool Revealed!
Jennifer Royer, museum curator at Landis Valley Village and Farm Museum, says that this is combination pliers taken from a toolbox on a Conestoga wagon, consisting of a nail-puller handle and a parrot-head jaw with a wire cutting slot, 15” long.
