Don’t miss my ‘Ghost Stories and Tales of Adventure in Shenks Ferry’ presentation at the Garden Spot Village

Ghost Stories and Tales of Adventure in Shenks Ferry Presentation
Thursday, September 16 at 7 pm at the Garden Spot Village Chapel.
Hosted by New Holland Area Historical Society.
Cost: free

Join me for an evening filled with “Ghost Stories and Tales of Adventure in Shenks Ferry.” I will be sharing some of my favorite stories and local legends surrounding this history-rich area.

I will be recounting my search for a forgotten cemetery belonging to an early colonial settler, tell the tragic tale of an exploded dynamite factory that killed 11, and share my odyssey to find the petroglyphs of Safe Harbor—Lancaster County’s oldest man-made artifact.

I hope to see you on Thursday, September 16 at 7 pm at the Garden Spot Retirement Community Chapel for this fun and educational program. This event is free and open to the public.

Don’t shoot the messenger, but Garden Spot Village requires everyone in attendance to wear a mask.

You can also register (optional) for this free event on Facebook here.
