Answer to the February Mystery Tool Revealed!

Jennifer Royer, museum curator at Landis Valley Village and Farm Museum, says that this is a leather web stretcher. It consists of 2 parallel โ€œfish-shapedโ€ end plates, a drum for winding the leather strap, 3 guide rods, a ratchet and pawl for maintaining tension on the drum, and a knob for turning the drum.
