Answer to the August Mystery Tool Revealed!
Jennifer Royer, curator at Landisย Valleyย Village and Farm Museum, says that this is a shoemakerโs rasp.ย It is used to shape, smooth, and trim leather, rubber, cork, and wood components.ย On the bottom, there are 13 ridges ending before the tip.
